Swan records of Philadelphia had already leased the rights to 'She Loves You' and indeed they secured a #1 with it on the Billboard chart. They subsequently leased the German language version which got to #4 in Billboard - was this intended for American servicemen stationed in Germany? Or possibly the German immigrant population of the northern mid-west states of America? Whatever, it's a fine record issued on the Beatles second American label (i.e., after Tollie and before Capitol). The record has a white label with dark red lettering and, in common with all Swan issues has the slogan 'Don't Drop Out' printed on both sides. Comes in plain card sleeve.
