Much sought-after Prog Rock album dating from 1970 on the famous Vertigo 'spiral' label. Band members on this release (and the subsequent 'This is...' were Alan Cowderoy and Paul Davis (both guitar and vocals), Martin Kitcat (keyboards and vocals), Robert Lipson (drums) and Tim Wheatley (bass guitar). The album runs through a variety of vocal and instrumental styles including acoustic guitar, mellotron, harpsichord, phased percussion and distorted vocals.
The vinyl is in VG / VG+ condition with a nice sheen; one side of the label has the word 'Candy' written on in pen (small letters); the inner sleeve is the original with the Vertigo spiral design, one side of which has the letter 'K' written twice, along with the catalogue number. The cover is a little grubby due to the rough-textured surface but has no creases, rips or splits.
