This gem reached #8 in the UK chart in the winter of 1968 and has since been regarded as something of a classic of the 'call and response' record. "Number" was reissued under the Stax/Pye imprint some years later but this is the original. Both the A and B-sides were composed by Booker T. and Bell; the vinyl is a strong VG, the labels are clean and both sides play very well, the disc coming in a plain sleeve.
