"Matthew and son" was a UK chart #2 for Cat Stevens (now Yusuf Islam) in early 1967. This Deram label 45 has minor surface marks NAP, a lovely shine on the vinyl and comes in its original company sleeve. The Name 'K.Byrne' is written in very faint narrow-nib felt tip pen on the B-side and is barely legible. The B-side is another Stevens composition, "Granny".
