A record of 2 halves, and no mistake. The A-side of this Brooklyn R & B duo's 1962 release (#7 in the Billboard chart on the Big Top label) is an utterly beautiful Doo-wop ballad, whilst the B-side is a fine example of 'Popcorn' R & B. The vinyl is immaculate and the original company bag is almost new apart from a 1.5 x 1 cm stain where a sticker has been removed. In the top corner a customer's name has been written down (presumably to reserve it for her) along with a date and the catalogue number.
The A-side was inducted into the Doo-wop Hall Of Fame in 2013; both sides composed by 'Juan' aka Claude Johnston (d. 2002), his partner being Roland Trone (D. 1982)
