Terrific and sadly neglected 45 issued in 1971 from a long-established and respected composer and musician who had played on numerous sessions (including with Jimi Hendrix) and had released 4 relatively un-noticed albums in the U.S. before finally getting some recognition with his 'Fifth'. This title was taken from that album (as was the B-side) and the American release reached #6 in the Billboard chart. His excellent organ work is well displayed and the differing time signatures make for a really catchy and interesting sound - highly recommended. Despite some surface marks this demo plays excellently throughout and will come in an A & M company sleeve.
